Cheesy Sloppy Joe Sliders

Ingredients: 500 g beef mince; 1 onion, chopped; 2 garlic cloves; ½ cup red pepper, chopped; ½ cup corn kernels; ¼ cup green onions, chopped; 1 can diced tomatoes; 120 g (1.5 cup) Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans; 8 burger buns; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 tsp sugar; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce; 1 sprig fresh rosemary twigs; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 tsp mixed spices; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)

Enjoy the same richness of burgers but in a smaller portion. This juicy beef patty topped with melted cheddar cheese is always the perfect crowd pleaser.

Instructions

- In a big pot over high heat, add the oil, cook the beef till it’s all browned.
- Add the onions and garlic. cook for a minute.
- Add the peppers and corn and mix well.
- Add the canned diced tomatoes, seasonings, and the rosemary.
- Bring the mixture to a boil then cover and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the cheese on top then cover and let the cheese melt for another 5 minutes.
- Toast the buns with some butter then fill them with the mixture.
- Serve with fresh veggies and pickles.
