Whip the cream according to packet instructions and refrigerate.
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees.
Mix the semolina with butter.
Add sugar, yogurt, baking powder and coconut and mix well with your hands.
Brush oven tray with butter and pour the basbousa batter inside evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
Heat the sugar syrup in the microwave and drizzle over the baked basbousa.
Cut into squares and top with Dream Whip.
Garnish with pistachio and serve.
