Preparation method
  • Combine the cooking cream, Royal Crème Caramel powder and caramel topping in a heavy-based saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil for one minute.
  • Remove from heat. 
  • Combine the Dream Whip powder and milk in a small heavy-based saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat, add the chocolate and stir until mixture becomes smooth.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the caramel cream and stir until well combined.
  • Pour into six, 125 ml capacity serving bowls and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
  • Before serving, decorate with crumbled Flake.

  • 1 sachet Royal Crème Caramel powder
  • Cadbury Flake
  • 2 cups of cooking cream
  • 75g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 sachet of Dream Whip powder
  • 75g Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
