Preparation method
  • Combine KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, cucumber, garlic, mint and lemon juice.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  • Keep aside for serving.
  • Combine the zucchini, onion, flour, egg and herbs in a bowl.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan until the oil is hot, but not smoking.
  • Spoon the zucchini mixture into the hot oil, flatten slightly with the back of the spoon and cook until lightly browned underneath.
  • Turn the fritters and continue to cook on the other side until cooked through.
  • Remove from frying pan and drain well on absorbent paper.
  • Serve with cucumber and cream cheese dip.
