Preparation method
  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Lightly grease 8 individual gratin dishes.
  • Heat oil in a medium frying pan; add spring onion and garlic and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Place cream cheese, cream, milk and egg in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  • Stir in the Kraft Cheddar Cheese, ¼ cup of parmesan, spinach, nutmeg, salt and spring onion.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Pour into the prepared gratin dishes.
  • Sprinkle with the extra parmesan and dot with butter.
  • Cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Make a meal plan
  • 6 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200g Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup of finely grated parmesan cheese, extra
  • 800g frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess liquid
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 2x106g Kraft Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
