Preparation method

- Coat the beef cut in cubes in flour and dust off excess flour.

Heat a pan on high heat and add oil. Sear off the beef cubes, season well with salt and pepper. Remove the beef once golden brown and set aside

- Finely chop onions and cut the carrots, mushrooms and potato in pieces of similar sizes.

- In the same pan, add onions and sauté with the spice mix. Add the beef cubes and beef stock and cook for 30 minutes.

- Add the potatoes, the carrots and mushrooms and continue to cook for 20-30 minutes.

- Turn off heat and add the grated KRAFT Cheddar Cheese.

Serve with rice.
