Preparation method
    1. Coat the beef cut in cubes in flour and dust off excess flour.
  • Heat a pan on high heat and add oil. Sear off the beef cubes, season well with salt and pepper. Remove the beef once golden brown and set aside

    1. Finely chop onions and cut the carrots, mushrooms and potato in pieces of similar sizes.
    1. In the same pan, add onions and sauté with the spice mix. Add the beef cubes and beef stock and cook for 30 minutes.
    1. Add the potatoes, the carrots and mushrooms and continue to cook for 20-30 minutes.
    1. Turn off heat and add the grated KRAFT Cheddar Cheese.
  • Serve with rice.

  • KRAFT Cheddar Cheese (grated) 200g (1 big can)
  • Beef (cubes) 1 kg
  • Mushrooms (button) 1 pack
  • Carrots 2 pcs
  • Potato 3 pcs
  • Onion (white) 1 pc
  • Beef stock 450 ml
  • Flour 15 g
  • Oil 45 g (3 tbsp)
  • Salt & Pepper (as required)
