Preparation method
  • Season the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, one teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  • Roast until well done.
  • Cook vegetables in frying oil with a sprinkle of remaining salt, until they wither.
  • Leave aside to cool. 
  • Put 2 pieces of the dough in a round-shaped plate and spread the butter.
  • Put approximately 2 spoons of chicken, a generous amount of Kraft Cheddar Cheese, plus the shredded mozzarella and a spoon of vegetables in the dough.
  • Fold the dough and close it from the upper side.
  • Brush it with butter.
  • Put the stuffed dough on the baking dish, bake it in the oven for 10 minutes, until golden, and garnish with pine seeds.

  • 1 cup of fried pine seeds
  • Baklava dough
  • 500g mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into slices
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can of Kraft Cheddar Cheese, 1x106g
