Preparation method
  • Combine the KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, garlic, coriander and cumin and keep aside for serving.
  • Mix together the apricots, mince and spices and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll into small meatballs and shallow fry until well browned and cooked through.
  • Remove from the frying pan and drain on absorbent paper.
  • Stuff the pitas with lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes and meatballs.
  • Drizzle with the cream cheese dipping sauce.

  • 6 pitas
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • ½ cup soft dried apricots, chopped
