Cheesy Omelet-in-a-Hole

Instructions

• • Cut the toast with a round cutter or a glass then remove the cut center.
  • Mix the eggs with spinach, turkey then season with salt and pepper.
  • Add butter to a hot non stick pan then put in the hollowed piece of toast.
  • Add some of the egg mixture and le the eggs set a little ,then top with some jar cheese.
  • Cover with the removed piece of toast.
  • Spread some butter on top.
  • Flip the toast to the other side and let it continue to cook and get crispy and golden.
