This Japanese recipe will reinvent the way you see breakfast. A delicious omelet roll filled with turkey, baby spinach, and creamy cheddar cheese.
Instructions
Heat the nonstick pan.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper (lightly salted ).
Pour third the amount of the egg mixture and swirl it around the pan to cover the whole bottom of the pan.
Spread some of the cheese then turkey and spinach.
Roll the egg over the filling.
Repeat with the other two thirds of the eggs and filling mixture.
Remove the eggroll from the pan and cut into 2 inch thick slices and serve.
