Philly Cheesesteak Tortilla Bake

Instructions

• • Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees.
  • In a hot pan, add the oil and sear the meat till it’s all browned.
  • Add the onions and peppers, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Season with 1 tablespoon of paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of ground coriander, 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and fresh coriander and set the mixture aside.
  • Butter a round baking dish, then arrange the tortillas to cover half the bottom of the dish and hang from the sides.
  • Add a tortilla to cover the bottom of the dish.
  • Shred 1 can of Kraft cheddar cheese.
  • Add a layer of cheese then the filling then add the remaining amount of cheese.
  • Cover the filling with another tortilla then fold the hanging parts of the tortillas we used before to cover the top part as well.
  • Place another baking dish on top to press everything together and allow the tortilla to hold the shape.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes till golden.
  • Once done, flip it into a serving plate, you can garnish with guacamole and sour cream and more fresh coriander.
