Ingredients: 1 package elbow macaroni pasta; 1 cup crispy beef bacon, roughly diced; 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Spread; 3 cups Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans, shredded; 4 cups milk full fat; 4 tbsp flour; 4 tbsp butter; salt and black pepper to taste; 250 g beef mince; 1 onion, diced; 1 jalapeño chilli, sliced; 2 tbsp tomato paste; 2 tbsp taco spice mix (mild or spicy); 2 tbsp oil; nacho crisps, crushed; jalapeño chillies, slices

Instructions

- Cook pasta in boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil. Add meat and stir until browned. Add onions and jalapenos, cooking until softened. Incorporate tomato paste and taco seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in beef bacon and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot, add butter and let it melt over high heat. Add flour and whisk until golden. Gradually add milk while whisking continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and gradually stir in Kraft Cheddar Cheese Spread and Kraft Cheddar Cheese Can until combined. Season to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to combine.
- In a serving bowl, add the Mac and Cheese, top with beef chili, then garnish with crushed nachos and jalapeno.
