Preparation method
  • Put all the vegetables in a tray and add balsamic and olive oil.
  • Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the dressing except the mint.
  • Serve the vegetables in a dish and add the dressing. 
  • Top off with Kraft Cheddar Cheese and mint.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green pepper, cut into long slices
  • 2 teaspoons dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of cauliflower
  • 2 eggplants, cut into long slices
  • 2 zucchini, cut into long slices
  • 3 teaspoons Tahina
  • 1 Kraft Cheddar Cheese can, cut into cubes
