Preparation method
    1. Marinate the lamb steaks with the mixed grill spice.
    1. Heat water and boil barley until cooked.
    1. In a separate pan, heat the milk with cumin and add the grated KRAFT cheddar cheese to make a cheese sauce.
    1. Grill the lamb steaks in a nonstick pan until cooked for 10-15 minutes.
    1. Mix together the barley and the cheese sauce.
  • Place the barley in a large dish and place the lamb on top.
