Preparation method
  • Fry onions in oil, until they wither, and add fillet meat slices along with the seasoning. Stir until done.
  • Add the fresh mushrooms and stir with the meat. Leave for a few minutes.
  • Add cream to the meat and remove from the heat.
  • To prepare a peas purèe, boil peas until they are done and then mash them well, after draining.
  • Add cream, salt and pepper.
  • To prepare plates, put a generous quantity of meat, add a layer of Kraft Cheddar Cheese and the mozzarella cheese to cover the meat.
  • Add a layer of peas purèe and another layer of cheese on top.
  • Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes and serve it directly.

  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup of fresh cream
  • 1kg thinly sliced fillet meat
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 big onion, cut into slices
  • 3 cups of fresh mushroom slices
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups of low fat cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can of Kraft Cheddar Cheese, 1x160g
  • 1 kg of frozen peas
