Combine the Royal Crème Caramel powder, milk and chopped dates in a heavy-based saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook for one minute, stirring constantly.
Coat the sides and base of 4 small moulds with the date dibs.
Pour the hot caramel date mixture into the moulds. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until set.
Beat together the Dream Whip powder, ½ cup milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon until thick and creamy.
Turn out the date Crème Caramels and serve with the cinnamon Dream Whip topping.
