Preparation method
  • Heat the butter and fry the onion.
  • Add flour and keep stirring till the mixture turns golden.
  • Add meat stock to the mixture with water and keep stirring.
  • Leave the soup on medium heat for 15 minutes then pour the mixture through a colander.
  • Put the soup in a heat-resistant dish; then add the bread and the Kraft Cheddar Cheese and place it in the oven for 3 minutes.
