Preparation method
    1. Add the vegetable oil and fry half the portion of the diced bacon with the diced onion for about 5 minutes in a pan, until the onions are soft and the bacon golden.
    1. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and crack in the 4 eggs. (Keeping in the same pan fry the other half of the bacon until crispy and set aside to garnish later).
    1. Peel and grate the potatoes into a second bowl, then place into a clean tea towel and squeeze as much liquid out as possible using your hands.
    1. Stir the dried potatoes into the eggs with the corn flour. Add the grated KRAFT cheddar cheese and seasoning.
    1. Pre-heat your waffle iron and brush oil on it. Spoon some of the mixture into the iron and brush oil on it, close it and cook for about 15 minutes or until the waffle has turned golden.
    1. Serve with the crispy bacon bits, chives and sour cream on top.

  • KRAFT Cheddar Cheese (grated) 200 g (1 big can)
  • Bacon (small dices) 2 slices
  • White onion (dices) 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

  • Potatoes 800 g
  • Corn flour 40 g
  • Salt & Pepper (as required)
  • Chives (thinly sliced) 2 tsp
  • Sour cream (as required)
