Preparation method
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C

  • Add the brown sugar, 140 mL of warm water, a pinch of salt and yeastin a food mixer and blend well

  • Place the mixture in a large bowland add oil and 300 g of flour

  • Knead the mixture until you get a dough. Keep kneading the dough by adding 200 g of flour.  If sticky, add more flour

  • Place the dough in a large bowl and cover to rest atroom temperature for 45 minutes

  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces

  • Roll each piece of dough into a long and narrow slice, add KRAFT Cream Cheese Spread in the center of each piece of dough then roll it so the cheese is in the middle and seal the edges

  • Mold each piece of dough into a pretzel shape on a baking tray with non stick paper and add salt on top

  • Place the tray in the oven for 8 minutes until the pretzels become golden brown
