Heat oil in a sauté pan and add the onion, the spices and the lamb.
Add ¾ cup of chicken stock and simmer.
Add the remaining chicken stock if needed and simmer until cooked. Once done take off the heat and add finely chopped mint to the beef.
Finely shred lettuce and set aside.
