Preparation method
  • Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil in water, until well done.
  • Mash potato while hot, using a mashing instrument, until it becomes smooth.
  • Add butter, cream, Kraft Cheddar Cheese, mozzarella cheese and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix well until it becomes uniformly mixed.
  • Put the mixture in a decoration bag.
  • Soak bread slices in milk, until they become soft. 
  • Mix onions, hot pepper and bread in a food processor, until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Add the meat and mix well with condiments, until it is uniformly mixed.
  • Form round meatballs and put them in a baking tray covered with vegetable oil.
  • Leave a small circle in the middle of the tray to pour the potato purèe using the decoration bag.
  • Bake in an oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Then prepare the mushroom sauce by frying the mushroom with the vegetable oil, salt and pepper, until they wither.
  • Then add the cream.
  • Serve with the meatballs and boiled vegetables or rice.

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 slices of white toast
  • 1kg minced meat
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 can of Kraft Cheddar cheese, 1x106g
